Q: How long will my unit take to be completed?
Ready to ship units will ship within 2-4 business days Pre-Orders take 14-21 business days for processing time.
Q: How long is shipping?
We ship using USPS PRIORITY which takes 2-3 business days. Shipping is not included with processing time.
Q: Do I need to provide Measurements?
Only custom wigs require your exact measurements. Head sizes are based off of a universal size chart. (S) 21-21.5" (M) 22-22.5" (L) 23-23.5"
Q: Do I have to use lace glue to keep my wig down?
No. All of our wigs include an elastic band and comb attachment for a glueless wear!
